Day 1
Arrival in Arusha
Morning/Afternoon
After your flight you will be met by our guide/driver to check in at the hotel. The lodge is located on the edge of the Arusha National Park and offers beautiful views of Mount Meru.

Day 2
Arusha National Park
Morning/Afternoon
Discover the Arusha National Park and go on a beautiful walking safari. Along the way a delicious picnic lunch and enjoy the wildlife! This is the place to spot the black and white colobus monkey. In the afternoon there is time for relaxation.

Day 3
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Morning/Afternoon
After breakfast, take a drive to the beautiful Tarangire National Park for a game drive with picnic lunch. The park takes its name from the Tarangire River. The park can be recognized by the beautiful baobab trees, sometimes up to 600 years old, and its many elephants.
Afternoon
Drive to the lodge at the end of the afternoon, which offers beautiful views of Lake Burungu. A really nice place to stay with the family in a very spacious family tent.

Day 4
Tarangire National Park to Manyara area
Morning/Afternoon
Depart to Lake Manyara area and visit a Maasai boma. Stay at the intimate and robust Isoitok Manyara Camp where there is a lot of attention for the Maasai culture and traditions.
Afternoon
After lunch a guided mountain bike tour is planned around the lake and in the village of Mto wa Mbu. The perfect way to get acquainted with nature, the local population, and village life.

Day 5
Lake Manyara National Park
Morning/Afternoon
Enjoy full-day game drive in the Lake Manyara National park with a picnic lunch. Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake surrounded by forested areas and grasslands. Unique to this park are the tree-climbing lions, not to mention the wide variety of bird species.

Day 6
Lake Manyara area – Serengeti National Park
Morning/Afternoon
Depart early in the morning for the famous Serengeti National Park. Once you arrive, a first game drive is on the program. Get to know the vast plains of the Serengeti and experience the Lion King in real life and see the famous Moru cups.

Day 7
Serengeti National Park
Morning/Afternoon
The program for this day is made in consultation with your guide. Opt for a long game drive with a picnic lunch, or return in the afternoon for lunch at the camp. Today is all about discovering the beautiful Serengeti plains in the central Seronera area.

Day 8
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Morning/Afternoon
Early morning drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive (with picnic lunch) in the crater, also known as the 7the wonder of the world. It is the largest intact caldera in the world in which many animals live. This rich soil is a Valhalla for the animals. This is also the place for spotting the rhinoceros in the wild in Tanzania.

Day 9
Karatu to Arusha and then to Bwejuu in Zanzibar
Morning/Afternoon
It’s time to say farewell to the safari part of your trip and head to Zanzibar to relax. After the domestic flight, the driver will be waiting to take you to Kijani Villas. You will stay in a 2-room apartment. The perfect place for the whole family and a true barefoot paradise!

Days 10 to 12
Bwejuu
Morning/Afternoon
There is plenty to do on and around the island. Go on a snorkeling trip, discover the beautiful Stonetown with its narrow streets, go on a Spice Tour or enjoy and relax in and around the lodge from the sun, sea, and beach. For the active - there is a rich water sports life - learn to kite, surf, or go diving in the beautiful clear underwater world.

Day 13
Flight back home
Morning/Afternoon
The last day of the journey has arrived. It's time to pack up and check out of the beach hotel. Drive to Zanzibar International Airport for your connecting flight back home.
