Everything starts with a conversation following your email or first contact. During a no-obligation call, we take the time to understand what matters to you — travel pace, comfort level, activities, budget, or special places you’d like to include.

2 – We create a personalised travel proposal

Based on your input, we put together a fully customised itinerary. Including accommodations, transport, excursions, and of course, our favourite insider tips.

3 – We refine it together

We go through the proposal with you and adjust it until it fits you perfectly. Your feedback leads the way, and we take care of the details.

4 – We handle the rest

From domestic flights and transfers to lodges and safaris, we take all the practical arrangements off your hands. That way, you can relax and look forward to your trip.

Note: visas and international flights must be arranged by you. We’re happy to advise on the best arrival and departure times so your flights connect seamlessly with your safari.

5 – Confirmation & Final details

Once everything is approved, we confirm the bookings and send you the final travel documents. We go through the last details with you and remain available up to — and during — your trip for questions, adjustments, or simply extra support.

6 – Personal service, even on the road

During your journey, we stay reachable for any questions or assistance. Our local team is ready to help so you can travel with peace of mind.
