How We Handle Direct Safari Enquiries

1 – Initial Contact

Clients can reach out to us via email (short or detailed), or through other channels like WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.

2 – Our Response

We’ll usually follow up with a few additional questions and/or suggest scheduling an online intake meeting.
This is part of our standard approach, as we specialize in tailor-made safari programs crafted with our expert knowledge and passion for travel.

We strongly prefer intake meetings because:

  • They allow us to better understand each client’s unique wishes, preferences, and expectations.
  • We can offer more personalized advice and make sure no detail is missed.
  • It helps avoid the generic back-and-forth often involved in building custom itineraries without real insight into what the client actually wants.
  • It saves time and increases satisfaction on both sides.

3 – Proposal Development

Following the intake, we create a customized safari program. From there, we refine the details in collaboration with the client.

4 – Availability Check & Provisional Bookings

Once travel dates are known, we check availability and make provisional bookings, giving clients the time and space to decide whether to move forward.

5 – Confirmation & Final Steps

When the client is ready, we collect their details and confirm all reservations. After receiving our confirmation, they can then book their international flights with confidence.
